What's the best way to do this? Static stretching?
I do a dynamic stretch like windmills before I run or workout my legs, and static afterwords.
I'd have to say that just doing some kind of stretch every day is probably the most important thing for me.
I would sit down and put your foot into your inner thigh and then lay over the leg that's straight....then switch and do the other side. Hold each stretch for 5 deep breaths or about 20 seconds.
