this fucking sucks. it was on my final set and i was going for 340lbs. i did 320lbs before that quite easily so i figured i'd go for 1RM. 3 or maybe 4 inches off the ground and i felt a sharp pull in my lower back. i can't bend my back much or put all my weight on my right foot for a long time so walking's a chore. /rant any tips on how to deal with this? ice or heat?
