Hey guys, what do YOU think your incline should look like compared to the rest of your chest presses? I have heard you want your incline to be your strongest. Any truth to this? I just recently started taking incline serious after I've noticed my pecs look a little funny being developed alright in the middle, and not as much in the lower or upper Now, I have almost dedicated chest days to incline and have gotten a lot stronger since. I know it's bad because I've slacked on flat bench and dumbells, but I feel my chest is getting stronger overall. I still do all kinds of cable flys and wide grips though I weigh 175 and last night on incline I got up 205 for my 4th set. Incline is my weakest, but I'm bringing it up for sure. What do you think?
