The inside of my elbow's been hurting whenever i lift (especially biceps), yesterday I had to just shut it down and go home. And my left elbow was starting to hurt as well . I've read about golfer's elbow and think this might be it, it feels like the tendon aching. Any suggestions on what to do outside of icing the hell out of it. Its been hurting 4 about a month now. I'm going elbow brace and ice. Ne time frame on recovery? Am I the only one this is happening to?
