Is there an instruction that states all official military tests must be in multiple choice form?
I'd hate to see the failure rates if they were not.
lol... i only ask because I've never heard of the ESWS test on board ships being not multiple choice like every other test in the military is, then someone here tells me they'll probably never get it because the whole test is fill in the blank. just struck me as odd.
mine was not multiple choice...
the test isnt a standard from the navy, its different for every ship...the chiefs/esws coordinator write it/update it
You Navy guys put the rest of the armed forces to shame when it comes to acronyms. WTF is an ESWS?
Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist it's the pin that a lot of sailors have that's above thier ribbons Ship with Waves and crossed cutlasses. (there are many types of warfare pins ESWS is one of the most common)
well they need to implement a standard ESWS test then >< something that is navy wide should be uniform (it hurt me to say that)..
they couldnt do that, each platform is different and therefore has to have the unit specifics, there are a group of people who write the sections of the qual books....and yea they could make it multiple choice but that would take most of the challenge out of getting it
