What does OT think of this?
not bad for $111
pretty fucking gay......which is fitting considering your location
i don;t work abs much but i really don't think $100 boots are necessary either way
if you saw the real estate benefits to living around homosexuals, you'd embrace the location as well
I heard its good for your back.
I'll stay on campus till I graduate....and I know the benefits, I have a budy who just moved into Post Biltmore for his last year at Tech.
post biltmore = leasing, you can't realize real estate benefits/apprecitation of value from leasing (i lived there for a year, first year in college)
anyways, back to subject- i think i'm going to get these and see how quickly they tear my door jambs up
It is... it's a awesome stretch... I have this one... but unfortunately it has a 250lb limit:
(It doubles as a pullup bar)
Ever try reverse squats on those? I figure they would be great for hamstrings if you're strong enough? Or not feasible?
It seems feasible but you'd have to be pretty damn strong to pull it off.
it doesn't really do anything beneficial
Ya I would assume it wouldnt do anything crazy. Basically stretches out your spine since your always standing on our feet
