    1. Is the only way to get radio on an iPod the$50 remote that apple sells?
    which remote thing is the best?
    2. Do those battery packs that claim to get 15+ hours of life work?
    i need something for a trip to spain, and i wont live without my ipod

    1. yes, as far as i know.

    2. mine gets 15 hours of music easily, just dont leave the backlight on too much.

    so with a few double a betterys it could last me like 2 days?
    nice
    im flying for like 2 days straight cuz i have a 7 hour layover

    you can recharge it with regular batteries? why not just buy an AC wall charger to charge it at the layover?

    i would get one of the external packs that use AA batteries.

    well when in the airport in a foreign country which i have never been to,
    why depend on charging when you can use batterys? and i assume the dont have the same electrical outlet thing, so i have to buy an adapter
