Leave it up for a few weeks and they don't really care.

You have to either seed for 2 weeks or back to a 1/1 ratio with IPT.

I just use a seedbox out of Europe so I don't have to worry about data overages or using a VPN.

No VPN, spectrum never cared and frontier doesn't seem to care either.

Look right next to your name and the little lower button icon. It should say (5). Click that.
