I signed up for fitday.com and then i realized i wasnt eating enough. I started to make sure i eat many small meals throughout the day, instead of just eating lunch and dinner. My typical intake was about 2500 calories or so, my current is up to 4k and this includes my protein shakes. Im 6'2" and only weigh 165 lbs, so im damy skinny. Will this change be enough for my body to take a change? i want to gain about another 20 lbs or so. also because of my really hetic sheudule,sometimes i go to the gym on back to back days and train different parts. Is this okay, or will i be doing more harm then good?
