I'm thinking about giving it a try starting today and I am wondering if anyone is or has done it. Im tired of just running and want to mix it up a bit. If you have done it did you like the results or would you have just stuck to cardio? Aso if you have or are doing it do you recommend doing hang cleans, cleans and press, or cleans????

I think most people, myself included, need to learn how to properly do a hanging clean before attempting this.

yea i will, im gonna do the routine today with enough weight to get my heart beatin but light enough so that i can keep my form as good as possible and just get used to hanging cleans again. i will stick to it for a few weeks doing it 2-3 times a week and see if the results seem better than plain cardio

ok well i just got home from my workout and i must say wow! i have never sweat so much before. my heart rate got goin good early on and kept up the whole time. i didnt do a lot of weight and probably rested a little longer in between each set than i shouldve but thats because i was more worried about form and not hurtin myself. but i must say i was impressed, i could feel it in my whole body and i have never seen my shoulders/traps/forearms so hard and swollen after a workout. at first i didnt feel it in my legs but when i walked up the stairs i did. i am going to continue this 2-3 times a week and see what kind of results i get. along with my ecy stack i just started i think its gonna workout good. i recommend that anyone who hates cardio/running give it a try. hopefully this will help me past my plateau and burn the last 2 inches or so off my waist
