sounds solid - pretty much anything coming out of the mind of CT is going to be solid. Would be interesting to see someone try it and keep a good log

i thought the waterbury 10x3 looked pretty interesting myself.

Can someone outline an example of what a week would look like ?
I'm just starting the second 4 week cycle of this one, it uses a very similar template/approach. I'm really happy w/ it so far- several of my friends and neighbors have commented that my shoulders look bigger.

I did one of his 5x5 superset OVT routines last fall. It was a good one.
here's an example workout
A. Back squat 4 x 4-6 reps
B1. Sissy hack squat 3 x 8-10 reps
B2. Free sissy squat 3 x max reps
C. Low pulley hip belt squat 3 x 10-12 reps
D. Leg extension 1 x 100 reps

example chest workout
A. Bench press (wide grip, lower the bar to the collar bone)
2 warm-up of 12 reps
1 x 8 @ 280lbs
1 x 8 @ 285lbs
1 x 6 @ 290lbs
1 x 6 @ 295lbs
1 x 4 @ 305lbs
1 x 4 @ 315lbs
B1. Gironda dips (inclined forward, chin on chest, elbows wide and pushed outward)
3 x max reps (bodyweight only)
B2. Cable cross-over
3 x 12-15 (using between 55lbs, 65lbs, 75lbs)
C. Fly-to-press (eccentric as a fly, concentric as a DB press)
2 x 8 @ 60lbs
2 x 6 @ 70lbs
D. 1/2 dumbbell flies (bottom portion to mid-range)
1 x 100 reps
