That's one banana and 30 grams of whey isolate (24 g of protein)
upped to 2 bananas, 1.25 scoop of whey, .75 scoop of corn flour, + vitamin c with calcium + 1 glass o v8
Sounds disgusting. The banana + whey would be fine.
I usually do it in milk too.

You want fast acting carbs, like gatorade, white bread, dextrose powder. Also one banana isn't enough carbs. 40-50g post workout.
I'm not actually mixing in the v8. I'm mixing the whey with the corn flour with water, then drinking a seperate glass of v8, and eat 2 bananas seperately, and drink a seperate glass of vitamin c calcium efferscevent
