Depends on the height of the box, if you're pausing on it, the bar you're using, etc.
The box was just at parallel (Almost 100% positive, might have been a tad higher, but barely any if it was.) Sitting down on the box completely. Straight bar.
if the box is parrallel or lower then its harder for me....
ME work on box squats with a 1 sec pause while sitting is usually easier for me than without
I don't understand how someone can do more at the same height with a pause. Anyone?
that doesn't make sense to me. are you rocking rather than just releasing your hip flexors?
no, i just have problems learning how to explode out of the hole and usually miss the lift in a normal squat. box squats with a pause are just a lot easier for me
