is cardio a MUST to get ripped and to stay ripped?

    No its not a 'must'. A calorie deficit is a 'must'.

    It's not necessary, but it's a good way to burn up extra calories. Sometimes you need to burn more than you eat in order to stop gaining fat.

    how many calories do we naturally burn a day? fitday says with my lifestyle that i burn over 3000 calories a day without rugby practice...are they right?

    we can't tell you because no one has the same metabolism, some people can burn ungodly amounts of calories, some people have sluglike metabolisms
