to split each major muscle group into its own day? Instead of doing two muscle groups in one day, ie chest/back, shoulders/arm etc. For instance would this split do any good? Sun - Chest Mon - Back Tue - Shoulders Wed - Off Thur - Legs Fri - Biceps Sat - Triceps I was thinking this would cut down time in the gym considerably, however, is only one day of rest per week enough? Especially since I plan on intensifying the workout even more. Where's the Ceaze on this.
