dont include too much information there buddy
I was just wondering how many people go everyday or if they go like 3 or 4 times a week ......and if going everyday can be bad for you
6 days a week, 3 on 1 off 3 on
but I'm a noob so
4-5 times a week for me.
There's no such thing as overtraining, only under eating and under drug abuse.

i never said that
I go 5 days a week and see good results, I've lifted 3 days a week and seen results. It's not how many days you go thats the most important factor here.
