So today I went to the gym and walked in a weight myself. Basically the same routine I also have before I work out. Have lunch about 2 hours before I got, protein shake an hour before, and then take a shit. Well last week I went in a weighted 195.6, today I walked in and weighted 205.5. So I was like WTF. The girl working there was like is there a problem, and I was like well, I gained 10 pounds in a week. So she goes well maybe the scale is not calibrated right so we check with some weights and sure enough it was just fine. My diet has been consisting of 2 protein shakes a day and a normal diet, not really cutting or bulking right now. Any idea why this would happen?
