Past a certain point? It was easy when I started getting in shape, but I was 50 pounds heavier then. Now that I'm in decent shape with enough body fat to be uncomfortable but not enough to be considered overweight, I seem to have plateaued. Now that I look at this: http://www.healthrecipes.com/calories.htm It seems that I should be eating about 1100-1200 calories a day with my current exercise routine in order to lose weight. I've been stuck at my current state for a while and have been eating closer to 1600-1700 with my routine. I'm barely going up in strength and don't seem to be losing any noticeable fat. I don't see how, with the amount of lifting I do, I could possibly not be starving on 1200 calories a day though. Any thoughts?
