haven't posted in a while. due to time constraints, im now back to a basic one muscle group per day routine, with 1 day off. my legs are still lagging way behind my upper body (after neglecting them all through HS and undergrad). was wondering if it would be overkill to hit them twice a week? it would be something like: monday: legs tuesday: chest wednesday: back thursday: bis friday: legs saturday: tris sunday: shoulders inquiring minds would like to know. what say you.
