Im starting to get tired of regular grilled chicken and trying to mix things up a little bit.
Would regular bread crumbs be better? Either way I think to make it actually taste good you'd have to pan fry it.
i use bread crumbs when i make my stuffed chicken
just put the crumbs on a plate and roll the chicken in it... it comes out fairly lightly breaded that way (as opposed to dipping it in an egg first), then just toss it in the oven
I could see where it would be, if you hit your fists too hard you could mess up your bicepts and tricepts
My favorite is dip the chicken in egg, then roll them around in smashed up lay's potato chips, then fry.
Neg, they're pretty good just baked.

I do this sometimes, but not shake and bake... to much sodium.
I just get natural bread crumbs and dip it in an egg wash then bake.
I eat it, it's not that bad. If it's the salt that bothers you drink more water.
unless you have hypertension sodium isnt bad
what about kidney stones?
if you're lean and get bloated you look bomb
For best results use those super crunchy ones, with like sea salt and cracked pepper. They're teh fucking bomb.
