im gonna squat higher than normal... is bench height considered parallel?
this would NOT depend on the bench
Or leg length. Or the definition of parallel.
or the height of my stilletos
are you retarded?
u guys suck
it's APF parallel but not IPF parallel
right now i squat lower than IPF and that's probably why I can't get stronger
that doesn't even make sense
i dont think my body mechanics work for going that low and I lose all my leverage
(so end up just failing at bottom and can't use weight to make my legs stronger)
You really are retarded aren't you?
yep and bored
just wondered if ppl thought squatting to bench height would be considered parallel/good height to squat to
depends on how tall you are/length of your legs. if you're 3 feet tall, a 2' high bench will not be to parallel.
while someone 7' tall, a 3' high bench might be below parallel
why does everyone complicate things so much
i'm a 6' tall regular sized person... standard size bench. just looking for approximation
there's no way to tell, dude. if your thighs are parallel when you squat to your bench then yes, it's to parallel. there's no way to tell you without seeing it.
how is depth on these?
for me it's definitely above
