I am late to the quarantine bread making trend but I decided to have a go at baking some bread... I think it turned out alright and I look forward to experimenting more and making different stuff, particularly baguettes.
I think I got a decent crust on these but the crumb wasn’t as airy as I was hoping. Not terrible but definitely don’t have those big air holes...
