I think I injured my right calf
bike is prolly gonna be your best choice, though it still hits the calves
Isnt bike a major calf workout? Or at least I know if I do the recumbent bike my calfs go

well, i think it would work the calves less than anything on the treadmill / elliptical
You could use one of the old folk nursing home cardio machines. You know, the one where you sit on a stool and pedal with your arms.
do GPP stuff
lift super hard and itll get yo heart pumpin
rowing? if you use more your arms
just eat less and skip the cardio for a little while
and hot sex.
punching bag, shadow boxing.
Swimming, bike with your heels on the pedals.
