yer you could do an entire lower body workout using variants of each. sumo deadlifts, rdls, box squats, front squats, one leg squats, plus the conv. variety.
good mornings, 45 degree back raises, weighted decline sit ups are supplemental lifts i do on my leg days
and you need to make sure all muscle groups are hit to prevent imbalances
Leg extensions or leg presses for quads... try straight leg DL's for something a little easier if a regular DL is too much for you to handle..
