You know, besides the taste, there all about 20g/p per scoop
I've always figgured it depends on your goals. IE: If your going for insane cutting maybe some Isopure with water- but if you're trying to bulk up you could find a powder with lots of carbs for post-workout shakes w/ milk. I remember from way back that bodybuilding.com has a pretty intense database search feature to screen aton of diffrent powders and bars for exactly the stuff you want in them.
Isolates, some are 18g vs 25g, if it is a meal replacement, or 100% whey, soy, casein...
i don't think there's much of a way to evaluate the quality of the protein being put in. I wandered away from ON for post workout shakes and am using BSN's syntha-6. after that i'm going to try some cytosport muscle milk.
have had mochacino, cookies and cream and chocolate with millk. all excellent
Why did you wander from ON? Got tired of it?
Synsta-6 is $$$, no?
nah I still use a scoop in the morning for my fibre1. just wanted to switch it up abit. I could still just drink ON PWO. I try to minimize the amount of protein supplementation I take it but I've found that lately its gone up. i.e. today i mowed on 1 scoop of ON, 2 scoops of syntha-6, and 1 brotien bar. that's 90g of protein today from supplementation which is kinda
syntha is $$ but i'm a working stiff so it's not much. I probably spend about $100 a month or two on supps which isn't much to me because its the equivalent of buying steaks or chicken breast. its fooddd
Yeah it ain't cheap to stay in shape unfortunately
Whats the main difference between Synsta-6 and ON? I've alwaysed use ON and lately been hearing a lot about synsta-6. Is it better?
so basicly Syntha is a better protein for muscle recovery and building? why isnt everyone using it? I think i'll switch if its better
Stop overthinking shit, just get some protein and drink it.
