i do sissy front squats with 225 across my shoulders
i can really feel it in the spine
i can forsee someone doing this, going too far back, and breaking their ankles. except it would take somebody retarded enough to actually try this exercise.

Sissy squats on a hack squat machine work. I could just never imagine doing them with free weights.

Sissy squats are supposed to be great for strengthening the VMO (teardrop).. I'm too scared to try with free weights, however. Afraid of snapping my legs in two or falling on my ass.
