4x10-12 reps for all isolation exercises, except for squats/bench which would be 5x5?
not enough info
Add rows + deadlifts for your "strength" range.
i fractured and compressed my t4 and t5 vertebra several years ago... when i do deadlifts it feel really bad/weird on my spine, as if its gonna snap or something. when i squat i feel a bit of pressure on my spine, but it's not nearly as bad as deadlifting...plus i'm only squatting like 215 max, and i'm sure it would be much worse if i got up past 350lb.Then why can you do squats?

Stop squatting.
I didn't feel a thing when I used to squat, then I had two surgeries on five levels of my spine. Don't dick with your chances, bro.

THEN STOP FUCKING AROUND
I had a dural tear during the first surgery, and I leaked spinal fluid for three days before they cut me open again to fix it. They fixed the tear, but now for the rest of my life, I will feel like I'm walking through waist-deep water.
That's the joy of nerve damage. Stop being stupid.
