Ok, so I got these small weights at home - my mum got em, but the heaviest are too heavy for her - 4kg - piss all. So I can lift them like 50 times before my arm starts to get sore. Do I benefit anything at all from doing this? I am talking bicep curls - If I say lift em 100 times, what kind fo benefits should I expect? I have been doing this for about 4 months, and I have not seen much size increase, but I find I can lift more than I could when starting (more reps)... But like I said, is there any significant benefit? Or am I just wasting my time? I do it while at the pc reading shit... it's something to do.
