on tuesday night i trained legs/back which consists of squating for 5 sets of single digits (working up to a 1rm). then did deadlifts (same sets as squat). bb rows for 3x10, then other small accessory lifts. my legs dont feel sore at all (since squats were the only lift i did for them that night). should i work legs again tonight (thursday)? thinking of doing higher volume 3x10 squats and lunges.
