CAR is this possible

I have a very small light scratch in my windshield that I'd like to get rid of. it looks like a rock skipped off it and lightly scratched it. Is there a way to get rid of this with some kind of polish or what? I maybe able to get a picture but i can't promise it would be good

You would need a glass specific polish (cerium oxide) and a wool pad + rotary to have any hope of removing it.
