I just got back from the gym and I have been doing these exercises for chest/tricep days. Was wondering if there is anything you guys would change or take out. Thanks in advance. I pretty much work off a 5x5 for major lifts as I have seen it works the best for what i want to do. Incline bb press (135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5, 155x5) Flat bb press (205x5, 225x5, 245x5, 235x5, 225x5) Dips (4x12) Tricep pushdowns (70x10, 80x10, 90x10) Close grip flat bb press(185x5, 195x5, 205x5, 185x5, 185x5) and today i had some more energy so i did 2 more sets of dips to failure (15 reps and 10 reps) Oh, my goal is to lose weight while maintaining or building some muscle. I know its a hard way to do it..but ive been on this mission since october 2007 but didnt really get serious until jan 2008. I went from 235 to 211 today. I want to get under 200 by october.
