Anyone ever tried it? Is it very good? Supposedly it's suppose to get to your body faster
its whey protein isolate just like ON is.. it has a chalky aftertaste and the flavors are bland.
and becuz of its chemical properties it is easiest absorbed into your muscle so i'd just go with ON whey chocolate since it tastes better

Unless you're going to be drinking whey in the gym, you don't need it to be super fast absorbing. If you do plan on taking it while in the gym, get the RTD's.
