So I've been regularly working out and have routines for back, arms, chest, legs, and shoulders and then a little bit of abs. I can feel these routines working, and I've been able to bench more, but it doesn't look (especially my arms) like I'm doing any work...My arms just aren't growing and aren't become tone at all. Could it be the way my body grows? Could I not be working out enough? Do i need more weight? ???
