I hear that you should do the body parts every other day and only a couple times a week. I wanted to test this theory and I said why not by doing chest more than often. Every workout even if it wasnt a full chest workout, I did numerous different exercises and maybe worked my chest 3 times a week. The strongest body part is of coarse my chest,which is also the part i get the most compliments about. I seem to be gaining more size and defintion when i continually hit these body areas more often. Instead of doing the 2 body part per workout rountine, ill do about 3 and noticed better results. By far as results im still a weak kid and a light one as well, but have gained alot of strength in numbers and peolpe noticed the change. I also noticed that an area that needs much improvement is my shoulders, so ill do the full workout 2 times a week,but then do a mini workout another 2 times a week maybe 2 exercises. Now that is an area im started to get compliement on to. BUt i really dont know if im pushing the limit and actually tearing to much tissue, or hurting myself in the long run. Also most books say you shouldnt be at the gym longer than 1 hour because you are actually starting to burn more fat, or loss potential growth size is this true?
