I've seen my deadlift go from 605 to 495, bench go from 405 to 305, bodyweight, in my attempt to cut, go from 275 to 250 at about the same body fat. You know what I learned from it all? Coming off sucks. I still have the same work ethic, still bust my ass, still eat right, etc. I'm starting to lose motivation, this shit is getting depressing to be honest. What do you guys do to get back in the groove? My last few workouts have sucked and it seems to only be getting worse.
