Well, seems I've finally been able to stick to the gym for more than a week. For the past 3 years I would randomly attempt going to the gym but would only do the treadmill since my goal is weight loss. I always gave up after a week or two. A month ago I started going to the gym with a friend and we only did weights. That has been the motivation I needed. I'm still a fatass obviously, haven't really lost much fat that I can tell but it's great to see my arms and shoulders getting bigger. Two weeks ago I started adding in 15 minutes/1 mile on the treadmill(kicks my ass). I'm currently doing 2 muscle groups a day. For example, day 1: Chest and biceps, day 2: back and triceps, day 3: Shoulders and legs. At the end I get on the treadmill...except on leg days, leg excersices destroy me. I'm 5'10", 258 lbs...down 10 lbs from when I started. My eating isn't the best. I try to get 3 decent meals per day as I don't have time to prep 5 or 6 meals per day. I'm still doing a lot better than I was 3 months ago of eating mostly fast food and no excersice what so ever. So, anybody care to throw some tips/critique? Right now I'm feeling good with my workout, I'm sure I could do a hell of a lot better but I could be a lot worst.
