I gotcha beat Lancer!! I've lost 20 in the last 9 days!!! It was ALL water!! I weighed in at my contest at 262 and today I weighed 243. I know, that's 19 but I rounded up!!
well everything i've read that mentions a specific rate always says 1-2lbs per week or a max of 2lbs per week.

Unless you're doing something more drastic, or you're assisted, or a few other scenarios. In general though- yes, perfectly acceptable and to be expected.
Oh yea forgot to mention the DNP, Clen, Tren, Anavar, winstrol, IGF-1, HGH, T3, T4, Ephedrine, caffeine, Yohmbine.

Only like the first two weeks then as long as it stays steady weight once twice a month
Try weighing yourself in the morning right when you wake up; then it won't be affected so much by what you eat/drink, or so I've heard anyways
