i've been lactating due to pregnancy and can't stop! anyways... I've never really regularly performed deadlifts. I did it once in a blue moon (like 5 times in my life) and i hated it each time. OTFN got me motivated to do them regularly and with my 415lbs max, I kept trudging on. The past 6 weeks I've been doing it regularly once a week, and its going up! i did 455 x 1 today with just chalk and a sweaty brow. I wanna thank you all for explaining and discussing how its done.
