I have hit rough spot. A few months ago I was going to the gym 5 days a week, working hard and it was showing. I continued this trend for around 4-5 months, but this month I started going 4 days a week, then 3 then 2 and last week I didnt go at all. I never want to go to the gym, i just want to lay around and relax now. It seems that I have lost my motivation to lift, has anyone had this problem before?
