I've tasted both versions of the Big Boy special sauce (Michigan & Ohio) and I've reached a verdict

(I will not be bringing up the salsa-rubbish they put on your Big Boy in Burbank.)

First, the differences.

The Ohio version is clearly a mayonnaise based sauce while the Michigan version is Thousand island.

The winner: Ohio (by a slim margin)

* Note: These were tested on homemade burgers. I've never had the ohio version on a real Big Boy

In many ways, Bob's Big Boy never left, sir. He's always offered the same high-quality meals at competitive prices.
