What's everyone doing today? Shoulders, neck, and cardio for me!
Squats, GMs, Shoulder press, pullups.... and some other random shit.
We sorta have the training logs for this now....
Good monrings to a 5rm
GHRs or RHs
Running...like every other day.
chest and tris. I may take a break from the elliptical and run the track for cardio today.
So the norm?
Leg curls seated and laying
seated caf machine
standing caf machine
Lower back work out
some ab work
box squats, deadlifts, bench, db incline
1 leg leg press
i seriously need to get up at 5:30am to workout but I just don't.
and I'm suffering for it. I've lost weight but I think it's mostly muscle. I went last week and did squats and holy shit am I weak.
I think being sick end of last year really ate up my muscles.
fuck that, if I had to get up at 5:30 just to workout, I'd never lift a day in my life

pretty much an off day. I did BJJ, fully body lifting, and then another martial arts class yesterday. I have another class tonight, but I'm pretty spent so I will be chilling until then.

shirted bench to 3rm
bent over row
bent over rows
Bench press + flye
Military press + lat raises
Skullcrushers + one arm DB extensions
Shoulder press, misc trap work, yoke/ab work, bis, deadlifts
Shoulder day = the win
