I've turned three law enforcement friends onto these videos. They are amazed that this funeral escort thing is real in Florida.
I was told that here, for large processions, funeral homes are permitted to use two escort vehicles that can only have the word FUNERAL on them and it is very restricted what, if anything, they can do at intersections.
Put simply, they can hope for courteous other drivers, but if that doesn't happen, no big deal.
In fact, one of the Police officers told me that due to liability concerns, many funeral homes now only allow a "procession" of the hearse and a couple of cars with family. The rest of the participants are simply told where the cemetery is located and they get their on their own accord.
The liability this clown exposes everyone to is enormous. An ambulance delayed for a minute, a crash caused because of driver confusion at an intersection. It would be a field day for lawyers and insurance companies and that alone would shut down a legitimate company.
It is so clear from the videos he is delusional and entirely unable to process what is going on around him. It will require a Florida judge to really absorb everything and take him in for a medical clearance and detain him for the safety of the public.
The Youtube rabbit hole this guy got me on has gone for over a week and I have now watched so many videos of Police officers getting DUI and people impersonating Police Officers that I am almost bored with it now. This guy is the top though. I bet he alone has made this Real World Police channel a few hundred thousand dollars in VIEWS.

It’s “real” down here in the sense that he’s violating every law around escorting funerals. Everything he does is based on an insane interpretation of the statutes.

Been catching up on the RWP videos. I laughed my ass off at the recording call between Dewitte and his wife where he realizes the cops were at his office. That and him trying to tamper with evidence.

So funerals came up in a conversation at work recently. And somehow we got onto the topic of what do you do when a funeral procession is coming towards you on the road. I wasn't about to bring up this guy because i'm not trying to go down that rabbit hole. But one lady was like "You pull over to the side of the road when you see a funeral coming, turn off the car, turn off your music and you put your phone down. You sit motionless until they pass out of respect for the person that died" and I was just like "Whoa what the fuck?" and 3 other people in my office were like "uhh yeah. show some respect. You dont need music on, they dont need to hear your car, you dont need to be on your phone"

Photo's testimony about Dewitte is pretty funny too. From Cpl Ramsey flat out telling him "I know when you're lying, so don't fuck around" to Photo admitting he got fired from Metro State for stealing lights to sell on eBay. That place sounds like a trainwreck.

Since this afternoon, I've watched about 50 mins of this arrest and then the interrogation and examination of his "duty belt".
His level of delusion is remarkable. The Police have a point, but this one does border on harassment. I mean, if no other Florida authority has stepped up and removed his authority to operate a business, then maybe these Police are going to have to do it.
That interrogating officer is using some interesting tactics as well. I think it's clear he is just using his position to fuck with him and get more video that he knows will be put online. I would hope this tactic is for that Officer to get this footage in front of a Judge.
A previously convicted Felon repeatedly getting arrested and taunting Police. I believe that in nearly any other state, he would be restrained from operating a business and in continuing any similar behavior. How this continues is so fascinating.
