    From his DVD which is a good buy if you just want to see some outrageously stupid shit. In his DVD he cleans 315 and then strict military presses it super easy 8 times. This guy is absolutely inhuman. He does side and front raises with 100+ lb's. Skulls with 315. LOL!!

    oh and not to take anything away from him, but are you supposed to leg drive on incline?? his butt (no homo) definitely looks like it comes off the bench

    Did you see when he tried to give lift-off help... Bar didn't even budge for him :rofl:
    Not that Jeremy even needs a fucking spotter at that weight. :bowdown:

    I don't think anything anybody says could take away from the best bench presser in the world :p

    A lot of big incline dudes use leg drive. Depends on what you wanna do I guess.

    Use leg drive on all pressing movements except floor press/feet up on bench. IMO to do otherwise is to not use good form. JH is a freak for sure, one of the best of all times.
