    Yes. He has a DVD with 405x22 on it. He is arguably the greatest bencher to ever live so far. He is without argument or question the current strongest bencher in the world pound for pound.

    Well, he's jacked, best raw bencher in the world, lean, and is a firefighter. I'd say that is pretty shit worthy. Jacked + FF = instant poon whenever wherever.

    Hoornstras routine is pretty hard to recover from. he basically works out 6 days a week (one bodypart a day) and seems to max just about every workouit or at least hit a heavy set of 3. He even hits heavy sets of 3 on shit like lateral raises and what not.

    If I saw someone doing a 3rm lateral raise I'd fucking LOL... but it obviously works for him.

    Obviously "use" but that only goes so far, genetics plays a huge role. Some dudes could use 5g a week of test and everything else they want and not recover from stuff like that.

    He also does tons of cardio including hard sprints and shit.. that taxes recovery as well.
