I'm going on a cruise with the wife and a bunch of friends in a month and I've kind of been flat at 11-12% BF for a few weeks, almost 100% of that in ye olde gut region. My local health shop recommended Jet Fuel so I caved and snagged some to use until the cruise as (possibly) a little boost toward cutting. So far it seems to be a noticeable energy boost -- who knows if it'll burn fat but we'll see. I was wondering though, is it too much to still grab a morning cup of coffee or two? Or should I just cut the coffee? I didn't seem to be too jittery the one time I have tried it but I don't want my internal organs to fall apart either. Obviously I'm relooking at my diet and exercise too, that's outside the scope of this question. Thanks.
