Coincidentally, a cosplay page on facebook popped up in my newsfeed last night, so naturally I liked it. It produced such wins as:

Took last week off. No gym, no trading, very little internet usage in general.
Thinking of lowering my reps and actually trying to get strong for once.

Thinking about extending it to 3 weeks. I feel beat up whenever I do squats or dls.
