    My dumbass fucked up the first set of bench. I'm trying rpt and instead of dropping 10% for my 2nd set, I dropped 20%. I had 80% in my head bc I warmed up leading up to 80% of my 5rm. Oops.

    I've still been lifting just not heavy and with less volume. I fucked my arm up and I'm waiting til it feels better before I push it again.
