    My research is leading me to believe that I strained an intercostal. It's a little better today, but also sore on my back at the same level. Feels like I got into a fight with the T1000:

    Squats

    Gave these up for a while because of knee / lower back pain. Decided to start up with low weight and work on form. I've been adding 5lbs ea week as well as doing a proper warm-up and so far no pain. I find a low bar placement feels more natural, however I'm having issues driving from heels. I get off balance and end up using my whole foot.
