    If it's not one thing it's the other apparently. Aging sucks, I feel like I'm falling apart. Recently I switched to 1 musclegroup a day so I could add more volume, maybe this wasn't the best idea. Going to drop weight and keep an eye on it, if you develop long-term shoulder issues you're gonna have a bad time.

    Pasting this here from my last blood test, 3/2010.

    Can't find original which was ~2yrs before this. T levels were 235 ng/dL
