    Felt really good in the gym today. The 225 decline went up possibly the easiest that I can remember, so I was definitely thinking I was going to hit more reps on the 265. I was feeling strong for the first 2 reps but on the 3rd I hit a sticking point out of nowhere and I got scared that I might not get it back up. So because I don't use a spotter I went ahead and racked it and called it a day.

    Felt so gassed today and my finger feels worse so it's hard to grip shit. Ultimately had a shitty workout. I'm going to deload next week. Usually for deloads I'd go on my regular days and cut reps / weight but I think for this deload week I'm going to switch to a 3 day full body so this way I get an extra day off.
